RCB Advisors Accounting business merger
Wed Jun 18 0:00:00 UTC 2025

Life is an incredible journey, and we all know it!
On a professional front, I am so pleased to be taking this opportunity today to thank you for your continued support and for many of you, over the last 20 years or more. This journey that we embarked on together has been fantastic and invaluable. It has brought us a lot of joy, managing all the challenges and celebrating many milestones along the way!
We have always prided ourselves on working closely with you, and we are now growing to enhance this experience. I am thrilled to formally announce the merger of our RCB Advisors Accounting business with the team of professionals at Seed Accounting on the 1st July 2025. Together, this will not only allow us to continue providing the highly personalised service that you know us for, but enhance this experience even further by having an expanded team of professionals with a variety of supporting skills.
I am thrilled to formally announce the merger of our RCB Advisors Accounting business with the team of professionals at Seed Accounting on the 1st July 2025.
We are all seeing the rapid changes and developments across both technology and the tax landscape around us. You can be confident that our even stronger firm has the breadth of experience to meet these challenges on your behalf, with the timely and effective solutions you have come to expect from us.
Whilst acknowledging the invaluable support of Christian and his team over the last 9 years in managing the Wealth Management business under RCB Advisors, I take this opportunity to confirm that our journey continues. RCB Wealth Advisors will continue to be seamlessly managed and supported by Christian Beltrame. Our accounting merger will have no impact or change to your interface and relationship with Christian. Your Financial Planning interests will continue to benefit from Christian’s personalised, knowledgeable, well managed and astute advice, in parallel with the accounting, business and tax support you are accustomed to as Christian will continue to head up and remain at RCB and our working relationship and referrals will continue notwithstanding the merger.
The merged accounting practice will continue to be led by me with the current directors of Seed Accounting, Peter Vesta and Jason Barbara.
Peter is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of Business services experience. Having built a strong foundation at mid-tier firms, he established Seed Accounting in 2022 with Jason, bringing his expertise in business strategy, complex tax issues including international tax, cloud accounting and tax compliance working across many industries with special interest in medical and emerging technology space. Beyond his professional endeavours, he enjoys unwinding with his family on the Mornington Peninsula.
Jason is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of business services experience, having worked at leading mid-tier firms before establishing Seed Accounting in 2022 with Peter. Jason has designed and implemented effective solutions for clients including business structures, robust exit strategies, optimised tax outcomes with special interest salary packaging, superannuation, and complex tax issues. Jason treasures and enjoys spending time with his family including his young kids.
I, along with my Business Advisory team are excited to continue our journey at SeedAccounting and look forward to welcoming you to our new office location from 01st July 2025.
We will be in touch by 30th June with details of our contact details, and our new office location is only meters away from current one as follows:
